Cartridge Web™(CW) is a printer cartridge brand created by General Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd. (GPI) which has been one of the leaders in the printer cartridge manufacturing industry for over 30 years. In this video, you may see how we conduct measurements through an optical instrument. The automated 3D metrology of the instrument helps GPI to reduce the possibility of artificial error, shorten development lead time, and enhance product yield and reliability to some extent. Take one of our plastic parts with more than 200 dimensions to measure as an example, we now only need to spend less than half of the previous time to complete the measurement. We also applied precision metrology to mass production to monitor the components of our laser toner cartridges. "Precision, consistency, and quality" are the values of our products.
